1. Can you share a success story where your team's expertise saved the day?

One of our manufacturing clients had a number of remediation steps to getting their risk in a healthy place, we spent many months working closely with the broker and insured, sitting in on calls with the insured’s IT vendor to better understand the practicalities and find solutions that worked for everyone. The risk successfully renewed and recently passed through a second renewal with the same broker as the insured really loved our service.
