1. Can you share a success story where your team's expertise saved the day?

We recently had a new business submission which related to a large UK parent company with a number of subsidiaries located overseas. We provided an initial indication to the broker, pending receipt of completed proposal forms for the entire Group. With complex risks, a proposal form doesn’t always provide the full picture, and with time running out for the broker to get this placed before the client was without cover, we arranged a call with the broker and client and talked through areas we needed greater clarity. The end result was contract certain terms being provided shortly after and instructions to go on cover!

I strongly believe our team members are very supportive of one another and have built a culture where we feel empowered to raise any questions we might have, which is very refreshing to be a part of.
