Can you share a success story where your team's expertise saved the day? – the TAM team covers all divisions of Pen underwriting so the members of the team have a broad range of knowledge across the different departments. It’s difficult to provide one success story from my point of view as there are many however where we are successful as a team is finding the right solutions for our brokers on where to place risks

2. In one sentence, what sets Pen Underwriting's TAM team apart from the rest in the industry? – We are relentless in chasing in new business and are a valued link in the chain between client, sales & Underwriters on getting new business on cover

3. What’s your claim to fame? – Not exactly a claim to fame but I once bumped into the lady who played Bianca in EastEnders when it Brighton one weekend

4. If you had a superpower what would it be? – I would love to have speed ability so I could quickly get things done in a short space of time

5. If you didn’t work in insurance, what would you be doing? – I love sales, helping people and talking to people so something which involves all of these things
