Note to recruitment agencies
On the occasions where we may require Recruitment Agency support, Pen has a Preferred Supplier List that we would go to in the first instance. This is made up of select agencies that have built a strong understanding of our business and the types of people we like to recruit. Agencies must obtain advance written approval from Pen's recruitment function to submit resumes for specific job openings, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully-executed contract for service. Pen Underwriting will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
