Michael Doyle will join Pen’s Executive team on 1 March 2026 and be responsible for driving and delivering on an ambitious growth strategy for Ireland, by scaling up the business, extending Pen’s reach and bringing a broader range of risk and insurance solutions to broker partners and clients right across Ireland.
